Columbiettes Auxillary #14341
at the University of Tennessee

Welcome to Columbiettes.

In 1939, Monsignor J. Francis McIntyre, at that time Chaplain of the New York Chapter Knights of Columbus, and who later became Cardinal McIntyre of Los Angeles, California, seeing great numbers of women coming out of a Communist rally at Madison Square Garden, conceived the idea of a ladies organization to work with the Knights of Columbus.

In the fall of 2015, a group of women at St. John XXIII decided to form a collegiate auxillary. In the spring of 2016, the new Columbiettes Auxilary was officially chartered. Dedicated to service, they sponsor events, activities and service opportunities and work with the men of the collegiate Knights of Columbus on common projects. Contact us if you have any questions.
